- All quotations are provided free of charge.
- Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change following a site survey if additional work is required.
- All quotations are subject to product availability.
3. Installation
We aim to complete all installations within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by weather, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.
4. Payments
- A deposit may be required before installation.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products. Workmanship is covered by the applicable installation guarantee.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property.
- Ensure all supplied information is accurate.
- Obtain any permissions where necessary.
- Notify us of any known issues before installation.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Costs already incurred may be deducted where legally permitted.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, or delays beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
